Chief Inspiration Officer:
Sean McPherson
Sean has been with Duker-Reilly-McPherson and Associates since October of 2000. He wears many hats that include technical support, sales, problem solving, IT, marketing, and many others. Sean began his education at Macomb Community College and then earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from Ferris State University.
Sean resides in Chesterfield Michigan with his wife, two children, two dogs and two cats. He enjoys a variety of activities including boating (by power or sail), golfing, wake boarding, tennis, home improvement, gardening, independent cinema, art exhibitions, concerts and plays.

Nancy
Nancy Castle started with us in July of 1987 with several years of customer service experience in various industries. The product knowledge she’s gained over the years with Duker-Reilly-McPherson has enhanced the service we strive to provide our customers on a daily basis. Nancy is responsible for product quotes, submittals, order entry and follow-up, and acts as the conduit between our customers and our principals.
Her interests include gardening, bowling, traveling, and British cars. She’s been married for over 30 years to Malcolm and together they have an adult daughter.
Inside Sales & Customer Service:
Shelby
Shelby has been with us since February of 2024! Having over 12+ years’ experience Shelby comes from a background in both Customer Service and Sales. We are so pleased to have her as Shelby has already shown herself to be quick, efficient and a wonderful addition to our team.
Shelby has many hobbies including crocheting, gardening, fishing, walking/hiking, car shows and comic-cons. Shelby is also a loving mother to the cutest little fur baby pups Jipper & Darcy.
Inside Sales, Customer Service & Accounts Receivable:
Jackie
Jackie is a member of our inside sales and accounts receivable team and has been with DRM since October 2024. She brings over 15 years of experience in sales and customer service, with a dedication to supporting customers and internal teams.
She graduated from Madonna University with a degree in Paralegal Studies in 2018. Jackie resides in Harrison Township with her husband, two children, and their dog, Leila. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting and boating.
Outside Sales / Road Warrior:
Alex McClelland
Duker-Reilly-McPhersons outside sales and road warrior since Spring of 2022. Alex graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2016, and has since worked as an outside sales representative. Alex is motivated and understands the importance of high-level customer service.
In his free time Alex enjoys mountain biking, hiking, fishing, off-roading - pretty much anything outside - and is also a car enthusiast.
