Chief Inspiration Officer:
Sean McPherson
Sean has been with Duker-Reilly-McPherson and Associates since October of 2000. As an outside salesperson, Sean primarily handles the Southeast Michigan territory. While in the office he wears many hats that include technical support, sales, problem solving, IT, marketing, and many others. Sean began his education at Macomb Community College and then earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from Ferris State University. Sean resides in Chesterfield Michigan with his wife, two children, two dogs and one cat. He enjoys a variety of activities including boating (by power or sail), wake boarding, tennis, home improvement, gardening, independent cinema, art exhibitions, concerts and plays.

Nancy
Nancy Castle started with us in July of 1987 with several years of customer service experience in various industries. The product knowledge she’s gained over the years with Duker-Reilly-McPherson has enhanced the service we strive to provide our customers on a daily basis. Nancy is responsible for product quotes, submittals, order entry and follow-up, and acts as the conduit between our customers and our principals. Her interests include gardening, bowling, traveling, and British cars. She’s been married for over 30 years to Malcolm and together they have an adult daughter.
Corporate Admin/Inside Sales:
Autumn
Autumn is the newest member of the Duker-Reilly-McPherson team and has been with us since June 2022. Autumn is a new resident to the east side of Michigan having spent many wonder years in the Ann Arbor area. Autumns’ prior experience includes several years in the Title/Mortgage industry, as well as 15 + years in the retail management/customer service arena. Her current duties consist of being our Director of First Impressions/Front Desk Executive Assistant, inside sales, and product quoting rep among other administrative duties.
Autumn has a young son and enjoys spending her free time being active with him. Some activies include kayaking, golfing, decorating, and any activity that allows for time on the water! Autumn is also an accomplished volunteer and past alumni of the Detroit Junior League. She enjoys serving and giving back to the community.
Outside Sales / Road Warrior:
Alex McClelland
Alex is a new member to the Duker-Reilly-McPherson team. He graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2016, and has since worked as an outside sales representative. Alex is motivated and understands the importance of high-level customer service. In his free time Alex enjoys mountain biking, hiking, fishing, off-roading - pretty much anything outside - and is also a car enthusiast.
